According to the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumers' Rights”, you can return a product, bought in the online store Capsula within 14 days from the moment of purchase, provided that all norms predicted by the Law are fulfilled.

According to the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumers' Rights”:

The consumer has the right to exchange a non-food product of proper quality for a similar one from the seller from whom it was purchased, if the product did not satisfy them in terms of shape, dimensions, style, color, size, or for other reasons it cannot be used for its intended purpose. The consumer has the right to exchange/return goods of improper quality within fourteen days, excluding the day of purchase.
 

Only new goods that have no signs of use and have not been used can be returned, provided that:

  • its presentation and consumer characteristics are retained

  • there are no traces of use and contamination

  • seals, labels, tags, and protective films have been kept

  • factory marking is preserved

  • all parts of an individual (factory) packaging are integral, undamaged, and preserved.

Expenses related to the delivery of the product, its exchange and return, and also to bank commission and card payment systems’ commission, which are charged during the payment processing, are paid by the customer.
 

Ways of returning a product

In stores, if a product was bought in specified stores:
- “Showroom Capsula”, Kyiv city, Kateryny Handziuk 1-A str.

In post offices of Nova Post or by delivery man

If a product was bought on the website capsula.best or bought online through social networks, you need to familiarize yourself with conditions and fill out a form for exchange/return which was included in your order. Products and the form can be sent to the address:

Delivery fee is paid by a customer. Pricing and conditions of shipment are defined by the carrier.

While placing an order, estimated the cost of the product (not payment on the receipt!) that is returned should be equal to the cost, specified on the order form (sales receipt).

To return the clothes for free, please use a service of Nova Post called “Easy return” (“Легке повернення”).
 

Be sure to pay attention: if when sending you specify in the method of payment “payment on the receipt” (“Наложений платіж”), we won’t be able to receive a parcel and it will be returned to the sender.
 

Refund

The refund is sent to the bank card, which was used to pay for the product. Money for the product, which was paid for by cash or through the register of the transportation company will be transferred according to details of the card given by the Buyer.

The period of return of refunded money depends on the method of product return and is calculated starting from the moment of arrival of the product* at Capsula’s warehouse.
 

Periods of refund for methods of return:

Money transfer for the product happens within 10 banking days to a card of the buyer.
 

Other delivery services

When returning goods through the Nova Post department, the return period is 10 days from the moment of the product’s arrival at the warehouse.

Attention! If you did not send all the necessary documents when sending the product to be returned, the refund period will be extended for the time necessary to receive such documents.
