You can choose to pay for the order with a card issued by Visa or Mastercard through payment systems like LiqPay, Apple Pay, Monopay, or Google Pay during the process of checkout, by picking one of the provided options.

Afterward, you will be redirected to the secure payment webpage, where you will be asked to provide your data and confirm the payment. 

 

Payment on delivery

You can pay for your order while receiving it in the post office or from a delivery man of the delivery service Nova Post after you check if everything is okay with the order.

Be sure to pay attention that the delivery service takes a commission for processing the payment — 20 UAH + 2% of the order’s cost (or from the product’s price).

Address delivery by delivery man is conducted by delivery service Nova Post.

Pricing: from 100 UAH (depending on the dimensions/volume of the parcel)

Delivery is conducted throughout the entire territory of Ukraine, with the exception of temporarily occupied territories.

Trying clothes is possible in case of delivery by a delivery man.

International delivery

Delivery is conducted by the Ukrposhta or Nova Post delivery services to any country in the world except russia, belarus, eritrea, dprk, syria, india. Period of the formation of shipments — 2-3 working days. Period of the delivery of shipments — 10–30 days from the moment of sending the order (terms of delivery can be reduced/extended by the carrier due to weather conditions/customs clearance etc., and in these cases, responsibility for delays lies on the carrier).
 

The delivery fee is paid by a client during the ordering process according to the pricing of the carrier (delivery fees are fixed and are specified on our website during checkout.
 

For international shipments, customs clearance fees should be discovered by the Receiving side (customer) on the official websites of the recipient country. All expenses for customs and taxes are on behalf of the Receiving side (customer). Also, we would like to point out that we do not possess information about the process of customs clearance and its fees.
 

Receiving the order

To receive the order, a customer must have an identity document. The receiver’s data has to correspond to the data specified during checkout.


While receiving an order, it’s crucial to check its integrity, completeness, and visual appearance (conformity of the order to the sales receipt, presence of defects).

In case of spotting of damage to the product, presence of defects, incomplete completion of the order, or non-conformity of the products in the order — the customer must refuse to receive the order by filling out an application, which is included within the parcel and specify the defect (flaw).


If during receiving the order, the client didn’t check the order in the post office but still decided to return the product while referring to its visual defect (stain, missing button, etc.), non-conformity of the order or in case of product in the order having an incomplete set, Capsula may refuse to accept return of the order due to inability to establish the cause and time when the damage occurred (absence of complete set).
